Here’s where we show how we’re a little old-fashioned. Our little business isn’t big enough to absorb all the extra fees for the fancy e-commerce shopping cart stuff just yet so we stick to what has worked in the past. You let us know what your interested in from site and we will get back to you with the total cost including estimated shipping costs* and delivery date. If we need a deposit, we will let you know. When we reach an agreement and your order is complete we take cash or will send you an invoice by either email, USPS mail or PayPal** for credit card payments. When payments clear, we ship or deliver. Customers with other arrangements are billed monthly.

We currently use PayPal for credit card payment acceptance. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay your bill with us. It’s fast, secure and there are no extra fees to you. If you need more information about PayPal, just click on their logo, then return here to continue.

We like to keep an inventory of "blanks" for craft show demand and internet orders but we still take our time to create each piece as if it were the first, so expect a few days for production and assembly, staining/finishing and fulfilliment of your order.

* Shipping

We always try to use the safest and least expensive method to send your finished order. “One-outs” usually go USPS. Anything heavier- we use the other guys. We list the net weights of each of our completed pieces so you can estimate for yourself what to expect in shipping costs from Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA to your destination. We add a small handling fee on larger, heavier orders to cover the cost of packing and shipping materials- all are disclosed before we accept your order.
